Creating festive greeting cards is a bi-yearly task, which means it’s always a challenge to create something recognisable yet fresh. My aim is always to blend established symbolism with unexpected twists.
Planning poker
Planning poker is a tool used by software development teams to facilitate estimating timeframes for projects. Team members place their cards face-down on the table, the cards are then revealed all in one go. This allows each person to give an unbiased estimate. The deck consists of numbered cards as well as three symbols: infinity, question mark and a coffee cup. The design of every card is based on logos from technologies or tools widely used in software development.
